Anum Khan, MD

Choosing a psychiatrist can feel challenging, which is why it’s important to know a little about your doctor before making a decision. My name is Dr. Anum Khan, and I grew up in Brooklyn, New York.

I’ve always had a passion for medicine, which took me on a journey to the Caribbean for medical school, and I was grateful to return home to complete my residency in my hometown. I’ve long known that I wanted to work with children, which led me to pursue additional training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, and my approach is centered on getting to know each patient as a whole person so I can better understand and support their unique needs.

In my free time, I enjoy reading books about history, learning new languages, traveling, and baking.
