Dr. Ceciley Scarbrough is a board-eligible psychiatrist. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology with a concentration in mental health from Spelman College in Atlanta. Afterwards, she received her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in psychiatry at Northwell Health / Zucker Hillside Hospital.

After residency, Dr. Scarbrough completed a fellowship in reproductive psychiatry at The Motherhood Center of New York, where she gained expertise in treating women in the perinatal period.
